And now Anthony Buzbee who is the attorney representing several of Diddy’s alleged victims has served Beyonce’s husband with a lawsuit. He accused Jay-Z and Sean Diddy Combs of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000. The accuser remains anonymous and stated that the assault occurred after she was driven to an MTV Video Music Awards after-party.

The suit was first filed in October in the Southern District of New York with only Sean Diddy Combs as a defendant. But now It was refiled on Sunday, 8th December to include Shawn Carter (Jay-Z). Beyonce’s husband has now refuted the allegations writing in a statement to NBC News that Anthony Buzbee was trying to blackmail him.

Part of his statement reads, “These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one Whoever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree?” “These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.”

In answer to the lawsuit filed against Jay-Z and Sean Diddy Combs, Anthony Buzbee took to X formerly Twitter to write, “Regarding the Jay Z case and his efforts to silence my clients: Mr. Carter previously denied being the one who sued me and my firm. He filed his frivolous case under a pseudonym.”

“What he fails to say in his recent statement is my firm sent his lawyer a demand letter on behalf of an alleged victim and that victim never demanded a penny from him. Instead, she only sought a confidential mediation. Since I sent the letter on her behalf, Mr. Carter has not only sued me, but he has tried to bully and harass me and this plaintiff. His conduct has had the opposite impact,” the tweet continued.

“She is emboldened. I’m very proud of her resolve. As far as the allegations in the complaint filed, we will let the filing speak for itself and will litigate the facts in court, not in the media,” it finished. Dear Tee, first of all, can herpes be cured? I feel like this new situationship infected me with Herpes after having sex. I met this guy in November and we had been talking for about a month. We did kiss and have sex fast and after a week things were normal between us.

We had a real date planned for later but something came up and we couldn’t go again. But something felt off about that day. For starters, I started experiencing some Herpes symptoms. It started with a rash on my lips and I felt extremely dry all of a sudden.

I dismissed it but after I read about Herpes symptoms, I noticed that the symptoms had progressed into a burning itchy sensation. I knew immediately something wasn’t right. Can Herpes can be cured? And can it kill? I am asking because I am worried and sad.

I didn’t go to the hospital to get an official diagnosis earlier because I was heartbroken. He called later and said he wanted to talk about something serious between us then proceeded to break up with me. He said I’m great and intuitive and I’m beautiful but he isn’t ready for a long-term relationship.

I never said I wanted a long-term relationship since he’s going to college anyway and I didn’t think it would last longer than that. But he cut things off with me and stopped talking to me almost instantly everything stopped. The next day after the breakup, the herpes symptoms increased and I started to feel sick body aches etc.

Now, I have gotten tested for herpes. And the result came back that I had it in my body in low numbers. But my body had built an immune to it. So immediately I knew what I thought had been confirmed. I feel so terrible because first you break up with me then I find out you’ve infected me with herpes. My whole thing is he rushed everything and forced me into a relationship.
