Blake Lively and Taylor Swift are best friends and she is her daughters’ godmother. Now, it is being insinuated that the Eras Tour popstar is subtly behind the latest sexual harassment lawsuit. But is this true? Did she particularly play a part? Keep reading to find out.
It is quite obvious that Taylor Swift has spoken out against powerful men in the past, which is never easy to do. And given that they’re BFFs, she naturally would support Blake Lively in any decision that she makes. And TBN certainly believes Taylor thinks her friend’s tough decision is the best.
However, implying that Taylor influenced Blake in that sexual harassment lawsuit decision means that they are bringing up the pop star’s name everywhere and are bringing hateful people towards Taylor for nothing. They may be best friends but Blake can make her own decisions by herself and the same for Taylor.
Blake Lively is a strong and empowered woman and she doesn’t need Taylor to empower her. Taylor offered her support as a friend and that support as a friend seems more appropriate. Regardless of this take, several social media users responded to the claim of the Swifties noting that not everything is about Taylor Swift.

It’s just that I’m so exhausted about Swifties bringing up Taylor in any topic that is not about her.)” Another added that Taylor is, “Praised for stuff she did do AND stuff we’re not sure she even did. Truly a superpower. She doesn’t even have to lift a finger.”

Another user added, “Look, if these accusations are true then Baldoni deserves to go down in flames. But are we gonna pretend that Blake Lively is some wilting flower that needs bestie Taylor Swift to pep talk her into taking down the Hollywood mega-mogul whose biggest role was (checks notes) Jane the virgin boyfriend? Come on.”
