The internet is rife with reports of Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively scandal including the lawsuits. Recall that the wife of Ryan Reynolds filed two complaints against Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment, sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and lost wages.

On his part, the Jane the Virgin actor sued the media outlet New York Times which broke the story for 250 million dollars.  The document is an 87-page complaint arguing that the outlet committed “fraud and breach of implied-in-fact contract.” While all this was good and a definite plan to salvage his career, there was something he should have done to avoid the scandal from the beginning.

Unfortunately, he did not do that and the result is the trending Blake Lively scandal. This is termed the biggest mistake of his career. An insider told us, “Justin Baldoni’s biggest mistake was hiring Blake Lively to be on this project with him. She has a reputation for being difficult to work with. The moment she started trying to take over his movie, he should have found someone else to play Lily.”

Adding, “This movie was his baby and he allowed it to be hijacked. He got the rights to make the movie. It was his vision and he allowed her to come in and do whatever she wanted. This was a very expensive lesson for him.”  Several people have also complained that Blake Lively has a history of being difficult to work with but the entire cast chose to side her.

In the latest Blake Lively scandal, it is further alleged that she showed off her difficult side a lot. First, was that she went against the stylist and decided that she wanted to dress herself and chose ugly outfits. She then proceeded to get upset when she saw the criticism over the outfits she chose. While the outfits were meant to conceal pregnancies and she just gave birth in real life, it should have been better.

The wardrobe she chose sucked and the hair was awful. Blake Lively also showed her difficult side by threatening to quit multiple times every time she didn’t get her way and Justin Baldoni allowed it because Colleen Hoover the novel writer wanted her to play Lily Bloom because she’s a big fan. Then Blake Lively wanted to steal the book rights from Justin because there would be sequels to the movie.

That’s why she wanted to take over the project and she wanted more publicity for her haircare line and booze line. If Justin Baldoni didn’t give her much legroom, the Blake Lively Scandal wouldn’t have happened. Colleen Hoover might indeed have wanted Blake to play Lily but at the end of the day, she sold the movie rights to Justin.

She can give her opinion but Justin Baldoni should have put his foot down. Instead, he played nice and looked where that got him. He should have chosen a lesser-known actress who wasn’t trying to take over his movie and promote her various businesses. The insider finished with, “Justin Baldoni will never be too nice again. He was technically the boss but he let her run the show. It was his movie.”

“He bought the rights to make the book into a movie, not her. He was the one that poured 5 years of hard work into this only for things to turn out like this.”
