Blake And Ryan Legal Team Pull Strings To Dismiss Justin Baldoni’s $400M Lawsuit

Blake and Ryan Legal Team made a bold move on Thursday after asking the judge to issue a Gag order for Justin Baldoni’s team. Recall that the case will go to court as a New York federal judge has already set a trial date for the legal battle between the feuding stars on Monday 27th January.

The judge also confirmed that the lawsuits filed by both parties against each other would be combined into a single trial. However, Justin’s team has continued to release text messages and voice recordings in an attempt to get the public on his side and it seems to be working and instilling fear into the opposition.

It appears that Blake and Ryan Legal team are working to ensure the couple don’t panic with the released evidences. With the Gag order filed, the couple through their lawyers made another bold move. They plan to ask a federal court to drop Justin Baldoni’s lawsuit filed earlier this month as reported by Variety.

The Media Outlet reported that the couple’s attorney Michael Gottlieb intend to move to dismiss Plaintiffs’ complaint. They have already written a letter to Judge Lewis Liman after he previously requested the lawyers to send a written notice to ‘indicate in one sentence the Defendant’s intent to make a motion to dismiss.”

The judge is expected to schedule a deadline date for Blake and Ryan Legal team to submit the paperwork in the request likewise Lively and Reynolds’ publicist Leslie Sloane, who Baldoni also named in his lawsuit as a defendant. The pretrial is set for Monday, February 3 and the parties are expected to make their cases.

The pretrial hearing was pushed up from an initial date of February 12 and the trial date starts March 9, 2026.

Latest report shows something is going on with between Ben Affleck And Jennifer Garner despite her engagement and his divorce. Of course not, Page Six reported that the former couple has been “spending more time together than ever since they divorced.” Per the insider, the closeness has, “intensified since Ben’s divorce from Jennifer [Lopez] and with the LA fires and everything going on.”

They “have found themselves leaning on each other more than ever. They really do have a close bond. And they know not all exes get along as well and they feel very grateful that they have such an amazing relationship.” This is a shift from when they were newly divorced. According to the insider, “Things between Ben and Jen were understandably rocky for a little while when they first divorced.”

Now, Ben Affleck And Jennifer Garner are in a good place in terms of their co-parenting and consideration of possible romance again. TBN has no idea what Hailey Bieber is doing to make him better but it is clearly working as he looked more health than ever. Taylor Swift shares an interesting relationship with Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. Not only have they been friends for years but the pop star is godmother to her three daughters and has used their names in some of her songs. With the Justin Baldoni feud, rumours are saying she has distanced herself from them.

Recall that Taylor Swift was named in the suits between the two co-stars as being an enabler for Blake Lively. Even the Game of Thrones reference described her as one of the actress’s dragons helping her get whatever she wants. Now, that seems to be no longer the case as highlighted by TV showperson, Candace Owens.

However, news of PR relationship continues to trail behind them with several critics saying that the couple are still in their convenient arrangement. And one major way to know that is the fact Taylor Swift only shows up in home games instead of all as she did when she needed publicity for Eras Tour.

Now, a critic has revealed a major clue that Travis Kelce only wanted fame and not Taylor Swift in a clip of an interview he did. In the interview, someone asked him if he loves the pop star and his answer was shocking.

Per the critic, “I just watched a reel where Travis is asked if he’s in love with Taylor. He said he wants to keep personal relationships personal. What’s so personal about saying you love someone after dating them a year? Lol. Does he even like her? Travis may indeed care for her but it is not that deep romantic feelings towards her and doesn’t see a future with her.

Travis Kelce is having fun, getting fame and attention and securing movie cameos and deals and profiting off this relationship just like TBN previously reported. He likes the idea of her more than her as an individual and another proof is how he talks about her on the podcast. It appeared that her team censored him so he can’t really be personal but is always talking about how successful she is, how hard working she is, nothing ever about her as an actual human being.

A third proof is how he threw her an Eras themed party when her tour ended. People thought that was cute but its kinda hot. He’s infatuated with famous, popstar Taylor Swift, not Taylor Swift the 35-year-old woman. Reacting to post, several social media users noted that indeed, he is only tolerating her not being in love.

Why would he want to be private now?”
