On 26th and 27th January, EmRata took to Instagram to share snippets of her vacation with friends in Rio, Brazil. The model appeared to be unwinding and having a time out in the year before the busy schedules started rolling. She has travelled extensively since the last weeks of 2024.

Recall that the mother of one and divorced ex-wife of producer, Sebastian Bear McClard had a solo trip with her son late last year. The mother and son duo was seen in numerous snaps having a great time in Japan. The snaps was full of adorable photos of Sylvester Apollo Bear including the one his eating sushi on plane.

Now, it appears that EmRata is enjoying another vacation in Rio, Brazil with her girlfriends. One of the photo, show her lounging on the beach while rocking a stringy bikini, and a necklace with large red pendant, a pair of sunglasses and a large hoop gold necklace. Another photo show her showing off her backside in the same stringy bikini.

Perhaps, it came from her bikini brand, Inamorata which she sells lingerie and Itsy Bitsy swimwear. A third image is a close up to her crotch which she covered with a can of drink and her legs sandy considering she has been playing in the sand. A fourth photo of her Rio Vacation focused entirely of her hanging out with female pals.

The vacation comes amid rumours she is making out with Hollywood Hunk, Austin Butler although casually only months after he broke up with long term girlfriend. Per Deuxmoi, a source spilt to her that Austin Butler and Kaia Gerber were in a bad place six months before the breakup.

“Austin stopped making an effort to see her when their schedules didn’t align.” After the tea, Deuxmoi shared an email tip that read: “I have heard Austin Butler and Emrata ( EmilyRatajkowski are hooking up. She followed him on Instagram.” While there is no further proof that the model is with the actor, one thing is clear, he is casually seeing a model barely months after his relationship with Gerber fizzled out.

Lady Gaga has set March 7th as the date for her 7th album release. The popstar announced on Monday via her Instagram page that the album titled Mayhem will be available complete with its 14 tracks, including the previously released songs Disease and Die With a Smile with Bruno Mars.

Prior to the Monday announcement, the singer has been teasing snippets of her latest project on her official website. She further shared details of the album in different interviews noting that Mayhem’s theme borders on her returning to her roots in a new and fresh way. What then is her root?

Before the 7th album release, Lady Gaga had moved away from pop music. And Mayhem gave her the opportunity to return to the pop music her earlier fans loved. In her words, “it is like trying to put together a broken mirror. Though the result might not be the same as the unbroken piece, it ends up being something beautiful in its own eccentric way.”

While Mayhem may not be released till March 7th, Lady Gaga will perform a track from the album at the 2025 Grammy Awards on February 2 as well as music video during the commercial break. However, the rest of Mayhem album tracklist will be unveiled at a later date. But one thing is clear, the album will feature many different genres and styles.

This is for the 7th album release to be worth its mettle as as stated by the press release. The press release says Mayhem is about “chaos and transformation, celebrating music’s power to unite, provoke, and heal.” On the peculiarities of the album, Lady Gaga shares “It leaps around genres in a way that’s almost corrupt. And it ends with love. That’s the answer to all the chaos in my life: I find peace with love.”

Mayhem is truly a depiction of what 2025 will be for the Pop star. She will perform with stars like Joni Mitchell, Olivia Rodrigo, and Billie Eilish at FireAid. The concert is to raise funds for victims of the Los Angeles fires. She is also set to receive a honorary Innovator Award at the 12th iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 17. She is also scheduled to perform at Coachella on April 11 and 18.

But unfortunately, after constantly singing about forever love (Love Story; End Game; Forever & Always; Lover), how come after 16+ relationships (13 confirmed by Entertainment Tonight) she hasn’t found a soul mate yet?

And yet again, the media is describing her relationship with Travis Kelce as a forever relationship as well. The question is why Tayvis? And why do people assume they’ll be together forever based on her previous patterns? Why assume Taylor will get married and stay married forever when she has only had 3 relationships that lasted over a year?

And Taylor Swift allegedly left her long time partner of 6 years, Joe Alwyn because “her boredom was bone deep?” From the look of it, it appears that the popstar sucks at commitment despite singing about love but why it is so? One reason is that the singer is one of the people who just loves the idea of love and would end it after the relationship lost its sparks.

And then hints in her songs and few interviews that she has dumped the ex when she was the one dumped. At least, Joe Jonas, Jake G, Joe Alwyn and Matty Healy to name were the ones who didn’t want to move forward, and dumped her. But for the rest it seems like it was mutual except for Tom Hiddleston who seems like the only guy it seems she dumped.

Another reason to believe Taylor Swift is bad at relationships is that she is exploiting her romance for her career and cementing the victim narrative she has had in her entire career. Being dumped isn’t something to make fun of, but if it happens in every relationship, you must do some self reflection and ask whether you’re a good partner?

On her end, she always seems to always think others are in the wrong which is a typical characteristic of immaturity and narcissism. While she did show signs of maturity and acceptance of her mistakes while with Joe, she’s gone back to her old petty and childish ways with Matty Healy. The traits of her character, like insecurity, narcissism, greediness, immaturity, obsession with attention, etc. are the main reasons why her relationships don’t last, and seemingly most of them don’t seem meaningful.

Another reason is that most of the relationship usually starts strictly for PR purposes and perhaps blossom into love afterwards. Even at that, Taylor Swift has several things working against her in the relationship department with her being unusually busy. It would be hard to make a relationship work when you are being pulled in a million directions. One have to prioritize the relationship to make it work, and it appears that she’s prioritizing her career.

Her choice of partners may also have contributed to that as well considering she has “dated” a bunch of very busy men (actors, musicians and now professional athlete) with schedules that are very likely in frequent conflict with hers. It would be a hard thing to balance if one or both people weren’t willing to give up a piece of their career in concession to make the relationship work.

Finally, Taylor Swift is bad at relationships because of the the scrutiny by the general public and media. Given how broad her fanbase is and how invested they are in her life and love life… how they are constantly creating very high expectations for her (like the fan-fic narrative they have about her: she’s getting married, how her partner is gonna propose and when, she’s building a nursery, this is her “end game” etc.), most men would RUN.

That’s an unnecessary level of pressure on any couple. Yes, she’s invited that, but the fact still stands that public figures have a very difficult time withstanding the outside pressures pl on their relationships. And the pressures are exponentially higher on her (and therefore her relationships) given the size of her fanbase and intensity will definitely fizzle out.

Particularly because, its not something you force yourself to “snap out of it.” Often times when someone are depressed, people around often think its easier to get in and out from forgetting that it is a gradual process.

One of the key ways to deal with depression and be on the road to recovery is acknowledge your state of mind and find out why you are the way you are. However, other things such as building a healthy lifestyle by regularly exercising, eating a balanced diet, getting sufficient sleep, and social connection can help.

Another important tip on how to beat depression is to seek professional help via therapy. In all getting out of depression should not cause too many headaches considering that TBN has conducted an interview with six people. These people have detailed tips that worked as they beat depression.

Ade: One thing that helped me beat depression is basking in the sunlight and continuous movement. Sunlight and movement helped a lot but one need to start as small as you need to while being kind to yourself. Writing has also helped me as well as other habits such as getting out of bed, showering, putting on clean clothes even if it’s still pajamas and sitting out in the sun.

Cynthia: One of the thing that helped me is focusing on small, manageable steps and reminding myself that “this too shall pass”. My how to beat depression tip focuses more on tiny changes, like getting outside or doing something creative. Though small, these things can sometimes help break the cycle.

Hillary: When I was depressed I focus more on going outside most days even for a short while and I believe, it yields the biggest improvement. I have found walking in particular to have a stack of benefits. Other things that helped are getting on a regular sleeping schedule and getting quality sleep. Both has a huge impact on how you feel and function.

Regina: For me depression doesn’t have just happen and you can’t focus on how to beat depression when you haven’t figured out why you are depressed. I believe it is important to address psychological root causes with a therapist and do inner work. And then also address the externalities that trigger the episode. Depression is a signal that something in your life is really not working to the point where the person’s life is affected.

Damson: For me, it’s a suggestion that I unfortunately don’t follow enough which is WALK. Get outside if you can and just go for a walk. Do so mindfully. Notice the trees, listen to your footsteps, feel whatever temperature you’re feeling. Nature is beautiful and so walking outside is cool. You can also walk on the treadmill. However, make sure to go for nice, chill, strolls because they are amazing and good for mental health.

Cassandra: I have found out that going to the gym regularly has certainly helped with dopamine boosts. It is like drugs but better and healthier. And so a refreshing one-hour of gym at least three times a week workout will help you get ahead of depression.
