The internet is rife with reports of Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively scandal including the lawsuits. Recall that the wife of Ryan Reynolds filed two complaints against Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment, sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and lost wages.

On his part, the Jane the Virgin actor sued the media outlet New York Times which broke the story for 250 million dollars.  The document is an 87-page complaint arguing that the outlet committed “fraud and breach of implied-in-fact contract.” While all this was good and a definite plan to salvage his career, there was something he should have done to avoid the scandal from the beginning.

Unfortunately, he did not do that and the result is the trending Blake Lively scandal. This is termed the biggest mistake of his career. An insider told us, “Justin Baldoni’s biggest mistake was hiring Blake Lively to be on this project with him. She has a reputation for being difficult to work with. The moment she started trying to take over his movie, he should have found someone else to play Lily.”

Adding, “This movie was his baby and he allowed it to be hijacked. He got the rights to make the movie. It was his vision and he allowed her to come in and do whatever she wanted. This was a very expensive lesson for him.”  Several people have also complained that Blake Lively has a history of being difficult to work with but the entire cast chose to side her.

In the latest Blake Lively scandal, it is further alleged that she showed off her difficult side a lot. First, was that she went against the stylist and decided that she wanted to dress herself and chose ugly outfits. She then proceeded to get upset when she saw the criticism over the outfits she chose. While the outfits were meant to conceal pregnancies and she just gave birth in real life, it should have been better.

The wardrobe she chose sucked and the hair was awful. Blake Lively also showed her difficult side by threatening to quit multiple times every time she didn’t get her way and Justin Baldoni allowed it because Colleen Hoover the novel writer wanted her to play Lily Bloom because she’s a big fan. Then Blake Lively wanted to steal the book rights from Justin because there would be sequels to the movie.

That’s why she wanted to take over the project and she wanted more publicity for her haircare line and booze line. If Justin Baldoni didn’t give her much legroom, the Blake Lively Scandal wouldn’t have happened. Colleen Hoover might indeed have wanted Blake to play Lily but at the end of the day, she sold the movie rights to Justin.

She can give her opinion but Justin Baldoni should have put his foot down. Instead, he played nice and looked where that got him. He should have chosen a lesser-known actress who wasn’t trying to take over his movie and promote her various businesses. The insider finished with, “Justin Baldoni will never be too nice again. He was technically the boss but he let her run the show. It was his movie.”

“He bought the rights to make the book into a movie, not her. He was the one that poured 5 years of hard work into this only for things to turn out like this.”

Tuesday 31st December may have seen several individual celebrating New years eve but that is not so with It Ends With Us Co-stars. It was the day Justin Baldoni’s $250 Million Lawsuit was filed against the New York Times as well as Blake’s new lawsuit.

The actor sued the new outlet for allegedly being the platform used to circulate false narratives by Blake Lively.  Apart from The New York Times, the lawsuit filing named 10 other plaintiffs including Jennifer Abel and Melissa Nathan.

Now The New York Times has responded to Justin Baldoni’s $250 million lawsuit in an exclusive statement to Page Six writing, “The role of an independent news organization is to follow the facts where they lead. “Our story was meticulously and responsibly reported. It was based on a review of thousands of pages of original documents, including the text messages and emails that we quote accurately and at length in the article.”

“To date, Wayfarer Studios, Mr. Baldoni, the other subjects of the article and their representatives have not pointed to a single error. We published their full statement in response to the allegations in the article as well. We plan to vigorously defend against the lawsuit.”

To explain, The New York Times is asserting that Justin Baldoni’s $250 million lawsuit is without merit. And it turns out several social media users think so as well. One critic critically stated that the lawsuit was stupid writing, “So now we know exactly how stupid he is. There is no way they will be found liable in America for reporting what someone else factually said.”

Another added, “Taking on Megan Twohey – an exceptional investigative reporter who helped break #MeToo and had a movie made about her exemplary work taking down misogynist abusers – is a splendid idea! Especially for a shitty man whose whole deal was cosplaying allyship when he’s looking to rehab his image! Bravo, you sexist dumbfuck.”

A third critic revealed that Justin Baldoni’s $250 million lawsuit may not be pointless after all writing, “people can say that this lawsuit of Justin’s is pointless, but if he has genuine evidence (like the additional text messages he already revealed) that show that perhaps the journalist nitpicked which ones they’d focus on despite having others at their disposal that might change the narrative of the article, then it could be seen as a hit piece-or at the very least irresponsible journalism. And no one is above that just because of how long they’ve been a journalist, etc.”

So far, no court date has been set for the hearing but one thing is clear, the dispute is starting to look like the Amber Heard and Johnny Depp Case.
