Oscars is over and so it’s tea time! It appears that Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber’s wife Hailey Bieber clearly snubbed each other at the Vanity Fair Oscar party. Recall that report says Justin Bieber unfollowed Selena Gomez’s fiance Benny Blanco because of jealousy.
The two ladies sparked interest after almost dressing similarly in strapless black gowns for their red carpet appearance. The duo further let their hair down hinting that they looked almost the same. Now, an insider told Daily Mail that the ex-of Justin Bieber avoided his wife deliberately.

Per the source, “There was no way Selena wanted an awkward photo and for everyone to write about it the next day,” adding, “It was her night, she was a presenter at the Oscars for Emilia Perez, a film she is proud of, so she wanted the focus on that.” The statement proves that avoiding Hailey at the Vanity Fair Oscar party means that the duo are mutually respecting each other.
And seem to be fed up with feeding media narratives about them. The Daily Mail source further noted that Selena Gomez would have said hi if Hailey came around her side. “If they ran into each other, she would say hello of course, because Selena is a friendly person. She just wanted to avoid being photographed with her or near her because then 100 stories are born.”
“Selena took a picture with Hailey in the past and it didn’t feel right,” the source finished. Unlike Hailey Bieber who attended the vanity fair oscar party in Beverly HOscar alone, Selena Gomez attended with her fiance Benny Blanco. She looked incredible in black strapless gown with her hair down.
Hailey on her part also looked lovely in a Saint Laurent strapless black, ruched dress with a bow accent. She was spotted at the party with Madison Beer and Zoe Kravitz. Her husband who have been avoiding the crowd did not accompany her perhaps he was hiding out in the studio.
