Taylor Swift was not just an influential friend in the Justin Baldoni and Blake’s feud. In fact newly dug up promo clip from Justin proves she was involved in the casting of young Lilly Bloom in It Ends With Us. Recall that the lawsuits by both the feuding parties highlighted her name.
It has been further reported that Taylor Swift does not want to be associated with the case and was pissed at Blake for associating her with it. Now, a video during it ends with us promo in 2024, has significantly tied Taylor Swift to the feud. Apparently, she okayed Justin Baldoni his casting of Isabela Ferrer, who played young Lily Bloom.
While the video in no way says Taylor have a hand in Justin Baldoni and Blake’s feud, it proves she was involved in the movie. The video had seen Justin explaining that he showed Isabela’s casting tape to both Blake and Taylor. It was their assent that made him cast her. He also credited Blake for making Taylor agree to the use of her song, “My Tears Ricochet” for the film.
Isabela also noted in another clip during a red carpet to E! that Taylor Swift was the reason she was hired and cast. Even Blake noted that her bestie was with her through it all. “I mean honestly she was with me on this experience the whole time all throughout so she really lived this with me.”
Taylor wanted to be as far away from Justin Baldoni and Blake’s feud as possible but it is too late. She may not be a casting director, nor one who approves edited scenes in movies, but had more involvement than she currently may want to admit. She is also not ecstatic that Blake was name-dropping her all over town.
So far, Blake Lively has filed an amended filing seeking to dismiss Justin’s case while levelling new allegations of threat. She further noted that two women from the movie is willing to testify that they experienced the same thing.
