Blake Lively Allegedly Bullied The Two Women Set To Testify Against Justin Baldoni Into Agreement In Amended Complaint Filing
In latest news, Blake lively’s attorneys has just filed an amended complaint against Justin Baldoni. And this time she added that she has two female witnesses who witnessed and experienced the sexual harassment and other actions of the director and his billionaire boss.
In retrospect and the amount of evidence against Blake lively, the amendment is deemed as her grasping at straws to keep going on. And that she bullied the two women who have come forward into an agreement to witness against Baldoni. So far, the two women additions are anonymous but will take the stand during trial.
Recall that before the amended complaint, both parties has refused all attempts to settle after mediation. Even Blake’s attorney had moved for a gag order to shut Justin’s lawyer up. And now, the case is off to trial with the amended filing saying that the two other who women suffered from the actions of Baldoni and his Wayfarer Studios CEO Jamey Heath will be testifying.
This was not in the first complaint. But the new filing made more accusations with the goal of asking the court to dismiss Justin Baldoni’s case. Part of it reads, “The dangerous climate of threats, harassment, and intimidation fueled by the Defendants’ retaliation campaign has required Ms. Lively to alter her personal and professional life, and to take steps to protect innocent bystanders rather than exposing them to further harm.”
“Thus, this Amended Complaint does not refer to certain witnesses by name, nor does it provide screen shots of their text messages. Importantly, however, these witnesses have given Ms. Lively permission to share the substance of their communications in this Amended Complaint as contained herein, and they will testify and produce responsive documents in the discovery process.”
Blake Lively’s new filing also noted that Sony production executive Ange Giannetti was aware of the unease Lively and other women allegedly felt on IEWU. And that Justin Baldoni massively threatened her and other cast members.
