
Blake Lively’s Legal Team Disses Justin Baldoni In New Statement After $400 Million Lawsuit Filing
On Thursday, 16th January, Justin Baldoni finally made good on his lawyer’s statement to sue Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds and their PR person. The It Ends with Us director after his litigation letter to Disney and Marvel officially sued his co-star for $400 million.
Recall that following the litigation letter, his lawyer Bryan Freedman stated that they have plans to sue Blake Lively and Ryan into oblivion. Now, Justin Baldoni has made good his claim with the suit filed on Thursday. The filling accused the actress of civil extortion, false light invasion of privacy, defamation, negligent interference with prospective economic advantage etc.

Now, Blake Lively’s team has responded to The It Ends with us director, Justin’s lawsuit. They noted that the lawsuit is, “another chapter pulled from the abuser playbook.”“This is an age-old story: A woman speaks up with concrete evidence of sexual harassment and retaliation and the abuser attempts to turn the tables on the victim.”
“This is what experts call DARVO. Deny. Attack. Reverse Victim Offender,” the statement ends. This statement begs the question, Is this really what happened? Should Justin Baldoni be crucified without really making his case just because a woman is involved?

The lawsuit comes one month after Blake Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment. On his part, Justin Baldoni claims Blake ambushed him by pressuring him to rewrite key scenes from the movie backed by her husband Reynolds and Taylor Swift.
