A recent post on Reddit criticised the Kardashian-Jenner family’s parenting skills writing that the family’s clamour for social media and the media in general negatively affected their mental health. But they are still exposing their kids to the same situation at an early age.

The post further noted that the children have their own TikTok accounts, are posted constantly on their parent’s social media, and have been on the Kardashians reality TV. A cursory look at the family suggests that they are milking their kids for relevance and profit.

Now, this evidence shows that Kardashian-Jenner family’s parenting skills may not truly be what’s best for these kids. It may do you well to recall that Kanye West has extreme reservations about the way Kim Kardashian is raising their children and that has led to several sore points amongst the former couple.

In the Kardashian reality TV series, the kids were used as a subject of drama. For instance, Kim Kardashian told Kourtney Kardashian that none of her kids likes her. There were also instances of the kids behaving in school and towards nannies.

Another evidence of the Kardashian-Jenner parenting skills failure is also seen in how constantly North West is used to poke fun at Kim Kardashian both on the Kardashian show and on social media. Although the 11-year-old may have opinions and probably think it is funny, they will continue to follow her as adults.

The Kar-jenner kids has also been used to profitalize the family brand. Their parents have used them for making money in terms of personal branding and brand deals. And in return, they get extravagant birthday parties and other parties.  The parties are still exposed for brands and event planners on TV shows on, social media, and lengthy blog posts probably making the birthdays profitable in the end.

A third piece of evidence of the Kardashian-Jenner parenting skills failure lies in the fact the children may find it difficult to have their own identity. For instance, in some episodes of The Kardashians, Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner have talked about how it was hard to find their own identity as they grew up in the Kardashian circus.

Allowing children to be heavily in the limelight at a young age, and getting brand deals already as a teenager makes it difficult for them to chart a path for themselves. For instance, North West endured Nepo baby attacks after appearing in the Lion King show because her mother made her the poster child of nepotism.

Finally, the Kardashian-Jenner parenting skills failure is further seen in how they may influence their kids to change parts of themselves in the future.  Khloe Kardashian was bullied for her weight by sisters and Kim Kardashian was sad Kourtney may get stretch marks from being pregnant as if it’s not a normal part of life.

Their mother Kris Jenner allowed Kylie Jenner to get lip fillers when she was only 17. Growing up in this setting may influence the kids in terms of their self-esteem. And yes social media trolls will also contribute to the subsequent changes they will make to their body in later years.
