Getting Ugly! Justin Baldoni’s Legal Team Has Shocking Evidence In Countersue Lawsuit Against Blake Lively
Justin Baldoni may have not been proven guilty but the industry has started judging him following Blake Lively’s sexual harassment lawsuit. Not only did he lose the support of his former co-stars, but he has also been dropped by his talent agency and has another pending lawsuit from his former publicist.
This loss is too enormous over what his legs team termed an “unethical behaviour intentionally fueled through media manipulation.” Now, the Jane the Virgin Actor is set to countersue his co-star days after she filed her sexual harassment case and they stated that they have massive evidence.
This is perfect considering that Blake Lively’s sexual harassment lawsuit has the potential to bury Justin Baldoni’s career if all care is not taken. Perhaps that motivated the latest report. So far media outlets Daily Mail and Deadline have confirmed that the actor and director is preparing to submit legal documents when the courts reopen after New Year’s Day.
Reacting to the claim, Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman shared minor details of the countersue lawsuit to Deadline on Saturday. In his words, “I am not going to speak to when or how many lawsuits we are filing but when we file our first lawsuit, it is going to shock everyone who has been manipulated into believing a demonstrably false narrative.”
Adding that Blake Lively’s sexual harassment lawsuit had no real evidence backing it, unlike the one to be filed by Justin Baldoni. “It will be supported by real evidence and tell the true story. In over 30 years of practising, I have never seen this level of unethical behaviour intentionally fueled through media manipulation,” Bryan added to Deadline.
A similar statement to another outlet, Page Six, saw Bryan Freedman claiming that Blake Lively’s claims and evidence shared by the New York Times are all false and lies but that the new lawsuit will uncover all of that. In response to the texts obtained from the former publicist, Bryan noted that they were “doctored and spliced without context.”
“In over three decades of legal practice, I’ve never witnessed such unethical behaviour, fueled by those who abuse their power and manipulate the truth,” adding “This isn’t an isolated case; it’s a recurring pattern in Hollywood and the mainstream media where careers and reputations are destroyed to maintain control. Legacy media has long weaponized their platforms to distort the truth, exploit vulnerabilities, and destroy lives without accountability.”

In other words, countersuing Blake Lively’s sexual harassment lawsuit will include several responses from the Justin Baldoni team. They include being wired to affect the New York Times fact-checking, flip the reputation destruction controversy, and that Blake Lively only filed the lawsuit out of maliciousness.
Although it is not clear who is winning yet one thing is clear, Justin Baldoni is not letting his career go down in flames without any fight.
