Insider Reveals Why Bianca Censori Will Not Get A Dime From Kanye West Except He Is Generous
Amid news that Kanye West is divorcing Bianca, several critics have been noting that the architect will wipe him out financially. Part of their argument is that the couple like Jlo and Ben Affleck have no prenup and so anything goes. Already, the rapper is rumoured to have offered her $5 million.
But will that be enough for her if the divorce is indeed happening or will she be greedy? According to TMZ report last week, Kanye West & Bianca Censori don’t have a prenuptial agreement. But does this really hold water in Kanye and Bianca’s case should the divorce happen?

Unfortunately, it does not if Kanye west is divorcing Bianca. Per our insider, “The marriage was not legalized. The couple only had a ceremony to celebrate their day but did not register the marriage. Unless Kanye is generous, Bianca will get nothing from him even if she involves lawyers.”
The rationale is that the wedding is not legally recognized and so is not legally binding. Being legally married comes with a lot of benefits but not for Bianca. If the public recognizes you as married and you yourself have been going around identifying yourselves as a married couple for a long enough time, eventually after fulfilling certain criteria – you become a married couple and then it’s as cut and dry as any other marriage.”
But if Kanye West is divorcing Bianca Censori, it is not like that. She is only entitled to 50% If they were legally married. In most cases like that it’s more cut and dry but the reality is, it’s stupid because she didn’t make Ye absurdly rich and from a common sense POV, she shouldn’t be entitled to any large amount.
The news of divorce filtered in after media outlets Daily Mail and TMZ, reported that Kanye West is divorcing Bianca Censori because he needed a new muse. Mind you that the controversial couple previously sparked divorce rumours last year also. The reason then being that he is controlling the architect and that she no longer wants to be dressing like that.
