One of the questions making around the internet borders on why the media keeps reporting that Luigi Mangione is guilty. The question borders on whether it is fair to put his face everywhere in the media when he hasn’t even been found guilty yet.
Recall that the 26-year-old murder suspect is currently facing four counts, including murder, stalking and firearms offences. The case comes after he allegedly reportedly killed UnitedHealthcare CEO, Brian Thompson. He had already faced a federal judge last Thursday afternoon for his four counts.

Now it appears as if Luigi Mangione is gathering some allies who believe the media should stop launching a smear campaign against him. Especially when he has not been proven guilty. According to several social media users, the 26-year-old should not be made a corporate America victim.
Only because it’s a CEO he killed that’s if he is proven guilty. One of his advocates states, “The 26-year-old Luigi may not be a good person but he is 100% not the man in the video shooting the CEO. They posted Luigi’s Starbucks image alongside the other man with the face covering and no one in mainstream media ever acknowledged the fact that that man had a different coloured backpack.”
“Luigi Mangione and the shooter also has completely different jackets, different skin tones and different eyebrows. It’s as if everyone pretended it was the same person and I don’t fucking understand why more people aren’t talking about that. I don’t have any sympathy for the CEO, I want justice to be carried out accordingly.
Another advocate agreed with the first, noting, “The federal claim alleges that the shooter left the HI New York City Hostel at around 5:35 and arrived at the Starbucks next to the Hilton Hotel at around 5:41. How could he have gotten there in only 6 minutes?! Why aren’t people discussing this?!
Adding,” The arrested suspect and the killer are not the same man. The Real killer got away. Likely it was a hit job. UnitedHealth CEO was involved in some shady insider trading that maybe involves! Famous politicians. He was gonna testify. He had to be silenced.”
Other advocates of Luigi Mangione reiterate vehemently that he is nowhere connected to the murder of the UnitedHealth CEO and that Corporate America is only making a scale goat out of him. On the other hand, the media is getting backlash on how sloppy the mainstream news is.
This is because the news outlets are putting it that Luigi is guilty when he hasn’t even been convicted. The media has also done some sloppy reporting on the UnitedHealthcare CEO for using Al to deny Medicare claims. Despite the inconsistencies in his being a suspect, Luigi Mangione will be arraigned today in New York City on an 11-count indictment.
This includes state charges of first-degree murder and terrorism in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
