Before Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s relationship started, the player dated and romanced sports news reporter Kayla Nicole for five years. It has now been alleged in Travis and Taylor subreddit that she is instrumental in the ensuing breakup that is set to happen soon.

According to the Reddit user, On December 3, Kayla Nicole, Travis’s ex, shared two videos that that apparently is  a direct message to both Travis and taylor. In one, she said she’s in her “stop fucking playing with me era.” In the other video, she posted, “When he sees you thriving and tries to come back into ur life,” with audio saying, “It’s over, I told my wife.”

Taking it as a sign that Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s relationship is ending,  the Reddit user is noting that “Kayla’s continuous use of “eras” is a pointing reference to taylor’s Eras branding, but more than that, it sounds like she is telling taylor to back off too.” The question remains on whether Taylor Is fucking with her and is Travis Kelce hitting up on Kayla?

Another clue was on December 4 when Travis Kelce casually dissed Taylor with comment on his podcast. He and his co-host were talking about someone dating a “poetic” woman who didn’t work out, describing her as a “wild cat lady” who always wore purple. Cats and purple are signature taylor things, but the comment doesn’t seem like serious shade—more like an awkward coincidence that’s way too easy to connect to her, especially given the timing.

A third clue that Travis Kelce and Taylor Swifit’s relationship is ending was documented by media outlet, Radar Online. The outlet claims taylor is “appalled” by Travis’s potty mouth and that his “dense jock” vibe isn’t good for her “reputation”. The use of “reputation” and him not being good for it feels deliberate, like a hint tied to her upcoming Reputation re recording.

This is a classic Taylor PR move. Her PR team usually likes to present her as the victim and feminist rising above. If the break up happens, Travis Kelce will be blamed for the problem. A few weeks ago, Travis also made a comment on his podcast about dry spells, saying, “Wouldn’t know, never had that issue.”

While it seems harmless at first glance, in the context of everything happening in Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift relationship feels like a strange thing to say. If there was a dry spell in the relationship, it was only for taylor Swift. Travis is getting it elsewhere. Again, he skipped taylor’s cousin’s wedding, even though it was in the same state where he plays football.
