Ben Affleck earned a reputation as the most grumpy celebrity because he had no time for the paparazzi and his quick temper. He was also known for never sparing a smile on all his appearances whilst married to Jennifer Lopez.
One particular occasion that made critics speculate if all was well at home was when he slammed the door of the car after JLo entered. Then, it was explained that he was just fed up with the paparazzi trailing them for every outing and it had nothing to do with his diva wife.
However since the divorce proceedings started, Ben Affleck has been spotted out and about smiling like a Cheshire cat even acknowledging the paparazzi. This is a far cry from his grumpy personality when he was still married to JLo.
Is this proof that the divorce was a welcomed development on his part? Or that he was truly miserable being married to Jennifer Lopez. Even his latest sighting on the set of RIP with pal Matt Damon saw him smiling with bushy beards which was a rare feat before his divorce.
Another proof that Ben Affleck is happy with Jennifer Lopez’s divorce is his moving on without wasting time. He has been making endearing comments about his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner which is rumoured to be a direct jab at his current ex-wife JLo.

The actor commented that Jennifer Garner is still the ‘most important’ person in his life and it’s not because of their kids. To him, the alias star represents a beacon of stability, less drama, private life and family which are the direct opposite of Jlo.
Still, fans are not taking it easy on Ben Affleck. The general sentiment is that it is too little and too late. Ben had his chance and left her for JLo. Now that he has found out that the grass wasn’t greener on the side side, he should leave her alone. Buttering her up after their divorce with Jlo is not being fair to her after treating her like a piece of shit.
