The world is so fast-paced and people are hustling to earn a living. However, your partner can never be too busy for you if they truly love you or have regard for you. They will always find time to communicate, talk and spend time together.
Now if that’s not the case between you and your man or woman, there’s definitely something going on that you are not aware of. It is important to look out for cues on what is happening around you to make a decision on what you want to do about your situation.

The problem with most people is that they can’t read the warning signs on the wall. And as such you take disrespect in the name of relationship. One way to know if your partner is prioritising you is through the flow of calls between the two of you.
If you notice you are the one making all that calls and they still don’t pick your calls. They also don’t call you back and always have the “I was very busy” reply to justify their actions, it is high time to you recognize that they no longer value you and its time to make that difficult decision.
If your partner no longer wants to speak with you, it is clear he or she you has someone they can’t miss their calls without returning their calls the very second they see the notification. Don’t let low esteem and lack of respect for yourself to open yourself up for more ridicule.

There is a thin line between humility and stupidity. You can’t claim to be in a relationship, yet, you are the one doing all the calling and chatting first. The month you fail to call, the other person won’t call or chat you up. Common sense didn’t tell you that you are now dating yourself?
Don’t buy that flimsy busy excuse your partner is giving you. If not you will stress and make effort to make the relationship work only to be blindsided with their wedding two weeks after you summon courage to leave them. Value yourself to earn respect of people you hang out with. Once you notice your input is higher than their output, it is time for a rethink and possible move on.
